Warranty & Return policy
Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. Gervaci Inc. does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or preference-based reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging for review. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement or store credit, the item must be unused, reported within 48 hours of delivery, and include proof of damage or defect. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refunds
Gervaci Inc. does not offer cash refunds. Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement item or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gervaci Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
Allergic Reactions
Gervaci Inc. is not liable for individual allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to use.
