Processing & Tracking
All orders include tracking information once shipped. Orders are processed promptly, and tracking details will be provided once your package leaves our facility.
Delivery Timeframes
International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and location.
Shipping Fees & International Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gervaci Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Gervaci Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect address will require additional payment for reshipping.
